   • Stamp or points programs

   • QR code scanning

   • Customer engagement features

   • Analytics and notifications

   We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.
   
   

2. Eligibility

   You must:

   • Be at least 18 years old

   • Have the legal authority to bind a business (if registering on behalf of one)

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

   You are responsible for:

   • All activity that occurs under your account

   • Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws

   LoyalHive is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.

   • Apple Wallet and Google Wallet availability depends on third-party platforms

   • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility

   • Changes by Apple or Google may affect Service functionality
     
     

8. Service Availability & Modifications

   We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime.

   The Service is provided “as is” and may be modified, paused, or discontinued without liability.
